Plastotop Barrett’s Courts are the oldest established (1969) tennis court specialist and oldest name in tennis court construction in South Africa.
Plasflex surfacing and resurfacing seamless hard court systems are ideal for sport courts such as tennis courts, netball courts, basketball courts and volleyball courts.
The Classic Clay tennis surface ‘system’ incorporates patented technology to achieve an extremely low maintenance, world class clay surface that plays in wet and dry weather conditions.
Technological changes that have led to the development of new and various types of artificial grass that can now suit all types of sports surface requirements.
We are proudly the first company to construct padel courts to South Africa (2020) following years of extensive research in the field.
ABOUT US...
As the oldest established court specialist in the Cape, this company has built many of the court complexes that exist today (including the prestigious 10 court complex at the UCT upper campus) as well as the tennis facilities for many of the prestigious Golf Estates in the Western Cape, including Arabella, Atlantic Beach, Boschenmeer, Erinvale, Greenways, Pearl Valley and De Zalze
We are contractors and consultants to the Western Province Tennis Association.
As a result of our long association with Barrett’s, our company has been in the forefront of court construction in South Africa, and has, over the years, through the use of best materials available, developed leading surfacing techniques and products. We maintain our own crews and operate our own equipment, and are just as accustomed to building single private courts, as we are constructing 8 to 10 for sport stadiums, clubs etc.
