An established name in court construction
Plastotop Barrett’s Courts are the oldest established tennis court specialists in the Cape, with a legacy dating back to 1969. Through our association with Barrett’s in 1984, we became linked to one of the oldest and most respected names in tennis court construction in South Africa.
Over the years, our company has built many of the court complexes that still exist today, including the prestigious 10-court complex at the UCT upper campus. We have also delivered tennis facilities for a number of renowned golf estates in the Western Cape, including Arabella, Atlantic Beach, Boschenmeer, Erinvale, Greenways, Pearl Valley, and De Zalze.
As contractors and consultants to the Western Province Tennis Association, we have remained closely connected to the development of court infrastructure in the region. Our long-standing involvement in the industry has allowed us to refine our methods, improve our surfacing systems, and stay at the forefront of court construction in South Africa.
We maintain our own crews and operate our own equipment, which allows us to deliver consistent quality across projects of different sizes. Whether we are building a single private court or constructing multiple courts for clubs, schools, stadiums, or larger developments, our focus remains the same: quality workmanship, trusted materials, and durable results.
